Rejected security guard applicant threatens to shoot up security firm privateofficer.com

STAMFORD CT Aug 12 2017 — A Milford man has been accused of threatening to shoot someone at a security firm where he was turned down for a job, police said.
Andrew Adams, 39, repeatedly called the person who interviewed him to be a guard for a Stamford security company, Sgt. Robert Shawinsky said.
After not receiving a response, Shawinsky said Adams called again on Wednesday to say he was withdrawing his application.
During a rambling conversation with the interviewer, he threatened to come to the Stamford office and shoot the person, Shawinsky said.
Milford police were notified and arrested Adams at his home and confiscated his guns and permit, Shawinsky said.
Stamford police charged Adams with first-degree threatening.
