Former security guard charged with vicious murder of two Boston doctors

Boston MA May 11 2017 The murder of two doctors who were found dead in a luxury penthouse, with their hands tied and their throats cut, on Friday night may have doed at the hands of their former security guard.
The victims — Dr. Richard Field, 49, and Dr. Lina Bolanos, 38 — were engaged, according to CBS Boston.
Dr. Field, who worked in a pain management practice, reportedly managed to text a last plea for help to his friend from his apartment in South Boston, according to two officials who spoke to the Boston Globe on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media.
However, by the time police arrived, both doctors were dead, according to the newspaper.
Police now say that the prime suspect was a former security guard that worked at the building where the two doctors were killed.
The security company that formerly worked for the South Boston luxury condo building where two doctors were found murdered Friday has now confirmed that the suspect was once employed by them, according to a statement.
Palladion Services LLC was not providing security to the building at the time of the murders, having ended its services there in February.
A spokesperson for Palladion Services said that suspect in the murders, now identified as Bampumin Teixeira, worked for them from October 2015 to April 2016.
They did not specify if he quit or got fired.
Palladion Services said background and reference checks were performed on Texeira and both came out clean.
The company, with an office on Broad Street downtown, said: “Our company hired Bampumin (sic) Teixeira after we performed background and reference checks, which were clean.
He worked at the Macallen property for approximately three weeks, more than one year ago.

Teixeira is accused of slaying both doctors.
Police said he killed them in their penthouse condo in the Macallen Building on Friday night.
