Greenville security officer shot at nightclub

Greenville SC April 10 2017 One person has been arrested after police say the individual shot a bouncer at a Greenville County nightclub.
Sgt. Jimmy Bolt, with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, said deputies responded around 3:30 a.m. Sunday to Club Luna, 6119 White Horse Road, after one person was shot.
The victim, identified as the club's bouncer, was shot at least one time and was given aid until EMS arrived, Bolt said.
Bolt said investigators determined the victim was escorting the shooting suspect out of the club, when an altercation ensued and the victim was shot.
The club's armed security arrested the suspect immediately.
The suspect has not been identified.
