Ephrata PA Feb 12 2017 A 45-year-old Lancaster man is facing theft charges for two attempts at stealing a security system.
Osvaldo D. Felix is accused of stealing a security system from Wal-Mart twice in five days, according to an Ephrata police news release.
Police initially responded to the Walmart on Main Street in Ephrata for a car illegally parked in a handicapped space. Officers saw Felix enter the car with unpaid merchandise, including a $300 security system.
Felix was charged with retail theft and taken to Lancaster County Prison on a separate warrant. He was later released on Jan. 25, police said. Surveillance footage caught Felix stealing the same security system at around 9:50 a.m. Jan. 26 at Wal-Mart.

Additional retail theft charges have been filed for the second incident, police said.
