Security officer takes stabbing suspects into custody

Ontario CA Jan 11 2017 A private security officer is credited with stopping the stabbing attack on a man at a truck stop last night according to police.
Two truck drivers got into a confrontation with another person who they said owed them some money.
Ibragim Zavutatze and Sherali Komilov, both 25, were arrested at the TA West truck stop at 4265 E. Guasti Road for the alleged attack, according to jail records.
Ontario police were called to the truck stop around 11:30 p.m. for the stabbing, according to Sgt. Jeff Higbee.
When police arrived, a security officer had both men in custody and was detaining them.
Authorities learned the men allegedly attacked the victim over a debt owed to the trucking company, according to police reports.
The victim received several stab wounds and cuts to the face, arms and back. Paramedics took him to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Zavutatze and Komilov were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Both men are being held at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga in lieu of $1 million bail each.
