GREEN BAY WI Jan 11 2017 - Police arrested nine people during Sunday's Green Bay Packers game, and ejected 30 others from Lambeau Field.
The arrest total during the team's 38-13 win over the New York Giants did not include ejections.
The total was the second highest for the 2016-17 season, trailing only the 13 recorded during an Oct. 9 game with the Giants.
The 30 ejections, for misconduct, tied the season high set Dec. 24 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Before the game, the stadium's Wi-Fi service malfunctioned. preventing security officers from scanning tickets electronically, team spokesman Aaron Popkey said. Officers began tearing tickets until the ability to scan was restored.
Because of their seeding in the National Football League playoffs, the Packers will not have another home game until the 2017 preseason. The team will play next weekend at the Dallas Cowboys.
