Bischoff began to argue with the bouncer and an off-duty police officer who was working security in full uniform. When the officer tried to push him away, Bischoff then punched the officer in the face several times. The bouncer attempted to help detain Bischoff and was also punched several times.
Once they were able to get him into handcuffs, he was still combative and aggressive. He was booked for assault on an officer, misdemeanor assault, resisting arrest. and disorderly conduct.
The officer also sustained a minor injury to his hand. Bischoff had a scrape on his forehead, but he was not aware of where it came from and declined medical treatment.
