Police arrest repeat theft offender at Nashua Target store

NASHUA NH Dec 31 2016 — A man accused of shoplifting was detained at a Nashua Target.
Mark Palmer, 36 of Nashua, was allegedly caught shoplifting at the 310 Daniel Webster Highway store. He was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Officers later learned that Palmer had two previous theft-related convictions, upgrading his charge to a class B felony.
He was also charged with electronic bench warrants for non-appearance in court.
Palmer was held on $2,500 cash bail at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections in Manchester and was arraigned Tuesday.
