Suspected shoplifter threatens security guard with box cutter privateofficer.com

A property crime turned into a serious felony after a shoplifting suspect threatened a security guard with a box cutter.
Silent Witness detectives released surveillance images Saturday of a man and women they’re seeking in connection with the June 15 incident.
“The suspects walked past all points of sale and exited the Fry's Marketplace (at 3036 E. Thomas Road) without paying for merchandise,” Silent Witness Sgt. Jamie Rothschild said.
A Loss Prevention security guard approached them. The male suspect brandished the weapon and threatened the officer while the female suspect fled, Rothschild said.
Both suspects remain on the loose.
The man is described as 5’10” tall and weighs 150 pounds. Has has long black hair, brown eyes and sports facial stubble.

The woman is 5’6” tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
