It is now May 25th,2012.
I left VPS on April 24th 2012 and all of the check(s) I was given we're exstreamly late as well each one bounced! I have bills to pay, a family to take care of and they have done nothing to correct the problem. When an employee leaves a company they have by law, 72 hrs to get him or her their wages owed. They did neither.I went to the labor board and received a hearing or "Appointment" where I had to again bow down and agree to a small amount even with all the fines they had accured. I have yet to see a dime. They are committing fraud and theft getting away with it. They are not paying any of their employee's. Money that is supposed to be paid for employee tax's, hmm, the RIS only comes in once a month to collect what is owed, not 2-3 times. Liars on top of it.I have been lied to by the woman who cuts the checks ( knowing there is no money in the account ) cutting a check when there are no funds is fraud. The company is cheating its clients, burning its employee's as well as hurting the family's of the employee's.No one from the top, from the owner to the V.P. has lifted a finger to correct the problem.My Daddy had a saying about people like this, "Sneak thieves"! I worked my back side off for this company and they gave me nothing in return. At one time a mans hard work and work ethics meant something, now....

I know that Reyes-Garcia's family is the victim but also Jose's family are victims too. For the decision that they both took that night. The security guards had no business going to the parking lot that was next to the bar.
They were employed by the Ocean's bar to watch the bar not the parking lot next to it. Every article mentions the shooting and how Jose killed someone but,nobody metions how one of the guards was hitting Jose several times while he was sitting inside the truck getting ready to leave, he felt scared and wanted to scared them away, not kill anybody. I know everyone feels bad for Reyes-Garcias children ( i do too) and that they are not going to have their dad see them grow, but what about Jose's son?? he is going to miss out on his dad aswell. Both families are the victims here.

To anonymous & anyone else noone cay say what he did or has done because they were not there to witness it. You can't say what he has done in the past just because he has worked with kids for years most of the time the people that work with kids in the school or church are the ones who do things to kids and most of the time kids are befriended by these people and scared to come forward so with that being said I am glad the kids came forward and let the police do their job to decide if he is guilty or not guilty.

When you see children killing their parents the first thing that must be asked is----Were the Children Brainwashed by perpetrators? The Brainwashing, Mind Control, Programming, Infiltration is happening to many of us who are “Whistleblowers” and know the truth. The perpetrators infiltrate our loved ones (and snitches are used) who are brainwashed and promised anything they want if they will kill their parent(s) or report against them.
The “Terrorists” ---accused of the 9-11-01 disaster were brainwashed by perpetrators (LA County) who were/are involved in Brainwashing, Mind Control, Programming so that the Terrorists were blamed when the truth was, they were brainwashed to hate and trained to destroy the Infrastructure.

I have known Mary Ann Fedak for more than 16 years, worked for the same school for eight of them, she has always complained about the pain she had in her back and has undergone treatment many times for the complaint.
I'm shocked that she has gone to this extreme to get relief, she is a nice person, excellent teacher, I hope she gets out of this desperate situation without too much harm to her career and her life.

It’s crazy the things people do. You would think you could trust a Marine to be smarter than this given they’re held to such high standards. I couldn’t even imagine how it’d feel to one day be a US Marine...& the next to be more than dishonorable discharged. As for the young girl…I bet she struggles every day to live a normal life hiding in the shadows…This girl who can most likely never have a normal relationship with a man again must struggle each day, & all because of some man taking advantage of how young and naive she was!
