Security officer shot multiple times, weapon taken during robbery privateofficer.com


HOUSTON TX June 15 2017 - A sketch of a man wanted in connection with the shooting a security guard during a robbery on May 25 has been released to the public.
Police said the man in the sketch approached a uniformed armed security guard while the guard was sitting in his personal vehicle in a parking lot at 11300 Bissonnet Street around 11:45 p.m.
The man pointed a gun at the guard and demanded his duty weapon, according to police. During the struggle, the man shot the security guard multiple times, police said.
The man is described as a black man in his mid 20s, about 6 feet tall and weighing between 170 and 190 pounds. He is described as having black hair, brown eyes, a dark complexion and was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
The guard was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
