CLEVELAND, OH April 21 2017 - Four unidentified men attempted to rob PNC Bank, 7101 Broadway, Cleveland, on April 14. The men were scared off when a bank security guard returned from break during the robbery attempt.
The men entered the bank armed with handguns, the FBI says. The men ordered the customers and employees to the ground while waving two handguns. One of the suspects jumped onto the bank counter, while another suspect pulled employees from their offices.
A bank security guard returned to the robbery attempt, scaring the suspects and sending them fleeing from the bank. The FBI says the group's getaway vehicle was a stolen blue jeep.
The four individuals are suspects of robbing other banks. They are all believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, thin builds, and standing between 5'7 and 5'9.
