NASHUA NH March 28 2017 — A city woman faces a third-strike felony charge of theft by unauthorized taking after police arrested her for shoplifting Tuesday night.
According to a release, officers were called to J.C. Penney, 310 Daniel Webster Highway, at about 7:15 p.m., where store loss-prevention workers were holding Rebecca Bulsa, 22, of 120 Palm St. and accused her of shoplifting.
Officers arrested Bulsa, found she already had been convicted twice on theft-related charges, and upgraded the current charge to a Class B felony.

Bulsa was being held at the Valley Street jail in Manchester on $1,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Nashua circuit court.
