Self Regional Medical Center security aid in burglary arrests privateofficer.com

Greenwood SC Jan 22 2017 Police were able to take two persons into custody after Self  Regional Medical Center security noticed the men trying to enter into vehicles in the parking lot and walking around and acting suspiciously.
Artavius Marquice Butler, 18, of 105 Baldwin Ave., Greenwood was arrested and charged with breaking into motor vehicles Thursday morning.
Greenwood police responded to call for assistance from hospital security and viewed the surveillance video and saw the two men checking car doors and looking in through windows, the report said.
When officers spoke with the men, they eventually said they were trying to get into cars to take items, the report said.
One of the men also had a claw hammer in his pocket that he said he found in the parking lot, the report said.
