Man jailed for spitting on hospital security guard privateofficer.com

PETERBOROUGH Ontario Canada Jan 1 2017 -- A Peterborough man who spit on a security guard at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre who sentenced to two additional days in jail just before Christmas.
Anthony Craig Weatherup, 28, of Princess Street, was charged with assault and failing to comply with a probation order after the incident on Halloween night.
He spent 19 days in jail leading up to his Dec. 21 verdict and was given two more, plus a year of probation. He was also convicted of a separate charge of mischief under $5,000 and was ordered to give 15 more days in jail for that offence.

He must also pay $200 in surcharges over the next 11 months.
