Idaho Walart shoplifter charged with burglary privateofficer.com

CHUBBUCK ID Jan 6 2017— A Pocatello man with a lengthy criminal history was arrested again after he allegedly stole items from Wal-Mart on at least two separate occasions.
Mark Anthony Lewis, 36, is charged with two counts of felony burglary.
According to Chubbuck police reports, Lewis entered Walmart on Dec. 11 and Dec. 15 and stole merchandise valued at about $562.
Wal-Mart security was unable to detain him initially. But when Lewis entered the store again on Dec. 20, store security detained him and notified Chubbuck police.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled on Jan. 4 and bond was set at $20,000.
Lewis was also charged with misdemeanor petit theft on Nov. 25 and Dec. 17. And he also has charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and being a persistent violator pending.

Lewis remains incarcerated at the Bannock County Jail.
