Search underway for alleged CrossIron Mills shoplifter who attacked security officer

Calgary Canada Dec 5 2016 Members of the Airdrie RCMP detachment are attempting to identify a man who allegedly attempted to steal items from a store in CrossIron Mills and assaulted a security officer after his effort's were thwarted..
According to RCMP, the suspect entered the Saks 5th Avenue store and attempted to steal more than $500 worth of merchandise. Loss prevention officers confronted the man, prompting the suspect to drop the items and leave the store.
Outside the business, the suspect allegedly assaulted a security officer who had pursued the man. The loss prevention officer suffered minor injuries in the attack.
RCMP have released a surveillance camera still of the suspect who is described as:
A Caucasian male
Approximately 188 cm (6’2”)  tall
Having a dark goatee
Wearing a dark blue Puma Cap
Possibly bald
