KANSAS CITY, Mo. Dec 27 2010-- Police confirmed that two people have been shot at an area hospital but released little other information.
Investigators said that the two people were shot outside Research Medical Center late Saturday night and that the victims were discovered by hospital security who were patrolling in the parking lot.

Police said one of the victims had life threatening injuries.
