Woman charged with shoplifting 6 times in 2 days www.privateofficer.com

OREM, Utah Aug 16 2010 - Police say an Orem woman was arrested after shoplifting at least 6 times from 4 different stores over a 2-day period.

Orem Police Sergeant Craig Martinez said that on Sunday, Marina Rose was arrested after she was caught shoplifting from, Walmart, Target, Smiths and Ridley's earlier in the day. Rose was taken to the County Jail, where she made bail the next morning.

Later Monday, police say Rose went to Walmart, where she was seen shoplifting again. After leaving the store, police say an officer contacted Rose her at home, and while interviewing her about the Monday Walmart incident, the officer was notified that Rose had just shoplifted from Target also.

Martinez said the officer cited Rose for the two new cases, and a short time later, he was called to go to Ridley's because Rose was again caught shoplifting.

Martinez said Rose was arrested again, and taken to Jail.

She was arraigned again on Tuesday.
