Police reponded on April 21 at 5:30 p.m. to assist security agents at the Marshalls store located in the Arsenal Mall on Arsenal Street for a shoplifting report.
Security was detaining a female shoplifter who had attempted to flee with unpaid merchandise.
Jaime L. Lyons, 43, of 54 West Concord St. 4 in Boston was arrested for larceny and outstanding warrants.
According to store security personnel, she allegedly had taken about $150 worth of items off racks and placed them in a Target shopping bag she had brought into the store.
Lyons was charged with shoplifting over $100 worth of merchandise and on two shoplifting warrants.
Lyons was transported to the jail and was being held on a bond release.
