A teacher at Granby High School in Norfolk has been arrested on Tuesday and accused of using her cell phone to send inappropriate photos of herself to students. Police say that they received information that photos had been sent by the teacher to several male students.
Natasha Sizow, 24, is a social studies teacher and coaches the school's swimming team. She turned herself in to police on Tuesday and was arraigned Wednesday in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on two counts each of indecent liberties with a minor and using a communication device to facilitate crimes against children. Both charges are felonies.
She is accused of sending the photos of herself to two 17-year-old students, one male and one female. Chris Amos, a spokesman for Norfolk police, said the photos showed Sizow "in various stages of undress."
After her arraignment, Sizow was given an April 2 court date and was released on bond.
The investigation is continuing and if police find that other students also received similiar photos, the teacher will face other charges police said.
